All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped or is ready for pickup.
GIFT CARD ONLY ORDERS
All gift card only orders receive FREE mail-out via Canada Post. Please ensure your order is in by Dec 19th to ensure it gets there on-time.
LOCAL PICKUP IS FREE
Please wait for a confirmation email or text message indicating that your order is ready for pickup. Provide your ORDER NUMBER AND NAME when you arrive. Our updated hours can be found here.

WINNIPEG AREA DELIVERY
We are offering FREE local delivery on all orders over $150 within a 10km radius of FLOAT.Calm in Winnipeg. Have your orders in by Dec 21st to ensure delivery before the 25th.
SHIPPING IN CANADA
We ship anywhere in Canada. FREE shipping for domestic orders over $150. Shipping rates will be displayed at the time of checkout and start at $14.50 for most orders under 2kg.
SHIPPING GIFT CARDS AND TO P.O. BOXES
To receive your order by the 25th all orders must be placed by the 18th at the latest but please reference Canada Post's guidelines for shipping date times here.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We offer international shipping to the USA. Shipping rates will be calculated at the time of checkout. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination. Duties and taxes are the responsibility of the receiver.
CHECKING ORDER STATUS
Upon checkout you will receive a link to the status of your order. When your order has shipped or is ready for pickup, you will receive an email notification from us.
If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@floatcalm.com with your name and order number, and we will be happy to look into it for you.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We accept returns up to 30 days from the purchase date. If the item is unused and in its original condition we will refund the full order amount. The customer is responsible for return shipping fees.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email immediately at hello@floatcalm.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
